- You will always be provided with a proof by email or fax where possible and we will not go to print until we have obtained your authorisation by email, phone or fax.
- Due to the personalised nature of our products, any issues raised by a customer will be assessed by management and if there is an error in printing which is deemed our fault we will happily rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as humanly possible.
