Step by Step Ordering Guide
1. View Range
We will open a new window so you can still read these instructions - click Charity Card Gallery, then click on the desired card for a bigger picture, price and card text
description. Begin quote/proofing by entering quantity, choosing logo option and then hitting "Update" button.
2.Logo Print / Imprint Options
Select if you require Litho Printing (charged per colour and is direct-to-board) or Digital Printing (set price regardless of number of colours, printed on 120gsm paper and inserted into your card).
Our basket will automatically update any changes. Select signatures if you want us to print hand-written signatures.
Now move down the the Card Proofing section.
3. Xmas Personalisation Print Details
Choose your font (examples seen with View Font) then enter either your own choice of greeting or select a pre-set one from the drop down menu. Next, enter your company address details if you wish them to be printed and, following that, your typeface. If required, also attach a logo image file
from your PC (JPG, TIFF, BMP, PDF or EPS are preferred). Now press "Update Card Design" - if you are happy with the design click "Add to Basket"
4. Billing Information
At the top of the order page please input your contact name, company address, landline phone, fax number and email (if applicable, for order acknowledgement).
5. Payment Type
The shopping basket automatically calculates all totals including discounts and VAT.
You can select payment as cheque, credit/debit card or BACS transfer.
Automated confirmation emails are output for all orders placed, you will also be faxed a Pro-forma VAT
invoice along with your proof.
You are given the opportunity to cancel the order at that time if
required.
