Step by Step Ordering Guide
1. View Range
We will open a new window so you can still read these instructions - click Charity Card Gallery, then click on the desired card for a bigger picture, price and card text description. Begin quote/proofing by entering quantity, choosing logo option (front/inside/none) and then hitting "Update Price" button.
2.Logo Print / Greeting Imprint Options
Select if you require Litho Printing (charged per colour and is direct-to-board) or Digital Printing (set price regardless of number of colours, printed on 120gsm paper and inserted into your card). Our basket will automatically update any changes. Select signatures if you want us to print hand-written signatures. Help buttons
provide more info.Now move down the the Card Proofing section.
3. Xmas Personalisation Print Proofing
Choose your font then enter either your own choice of greeting or select a pre-set one from the pop-up menu. Next, enter your company address details if you wish them to be printed and, following that, your typeface. If required, also attach a logo image file from your PC (JPG, TIFF, BMP, PDF or EPS are preferred) - you can 'browse' your harddrive to locate the file, double click on it. Now press "Update Card Design" - if you are happy with the design click "Add to Basket" then "Checkout via SSL".
4. Billing Information
At the top of the checkout page please input your charity choice, contact details, delivery details and email (if applicable, for order acknowledgement).
5. Payment Type
You can select payment as cheque, credit/debit card or BACS transfer - we will send a finalised invoice and proof for your approval before we go to print.
Automated confirmation emails are output for all orders placed, you will also be emailed/faxed a pro-forma VAT invoice along with your proof.
